  • 1999

    In 1999, the Beijing CTVGB Advertising Co., LTD., established.

  • 2000

    In 2000, taking Chinese Yiwu and Guilin cities' advertising video's creative, production and communicating effect as the breakthrough point, CTVGB created a new field of Chinese cities' brand communication.
    CTVGB began to underwrite media resources of CCTV-4 and became one of the earliest advertising agencies for CCTV. After that, Chinese brands began their worldwide marketing.

  • 2003

    In 2003, its annual turnover had reached RMB 100million. Staff were more than 60 people.

  • 2005

    In 2005, CTVGB became the exclusive agency of channel CCTV-9 (now is CCTV-NEWS) and began to serve international advertisers.
    CTVGB was been titled as the China's First Class Advertising Company and established "China 4A" with Ogilvy & Mather.

  • 2006

    In 2006, CTVGB signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bain Capital and built system with the qualities of company equity diversification, standardization management.

  • 2008

    In 2008, CTVGB listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and became the first TV advertising company listed on the main board outside China.

  • 2009

    In 2009, through the public bidding, CTVGB got the sole agency for the core column CCTV-1, and its annual turnover had reached more than 1 billion yuan.

  • 2011

    In 2011, CTVGB became the CNBC sole agent in mainland China, and invested in mobile television and Internet media platform to start group corporation.
    The CTVGB Hong Kong Company was established which would provide a special service to east and southeast Asia market.

  • 2012

    In 2012, CTVGB began to invest and hold the network video platform, and established and integrated the communication business sector. After these, it preliminarily completed the whole industry chain layout. In this year, its turnover reached RMB3.0 billion and staff were nearly 700 people.

  • 2013

    In 2013, the company moved into the Golden Bridge Tianjie Building and began to comprehensively build the Internet media platform, since then, it opened a new era of integrated content operation.

  • 2014

    In 2014, SinoMedia Global Pte. Ltd. was opened, and facing Asia-Pacific English and Chinese international audience, it began to develop the business of advertising and content integrated operation, Internet media resources communication and public relations, etc.
